How quickly can you start?
Same-day and next-day slots are usually available. Call 07377 506669 or request a quote — we reply within 30 minutes during working hours (Mon–Sat 8am–6pm · Sun 10am–4pm). Out-of-hours calls route to voicemail with a 30-minute callback at the next working period.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
For end-of-tenancy jobs we offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee — if your letting agent flags anything, we come back and fix it at no charge. For other services, just call within 24 hours and we will put it right.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, always. We bring all equipment and use Method, Ecover and Bio-D as standard. Stronger chemistry only where needed on heavy limescale, oven carbon, and grout mould. You need supply nothing.
How do I pay?
Cash, debit/credit card, or BACS bank transfer — payment on completion. No deposit on recurring work. One-off end-of-tenancy and after-builders cleans carry a £50 holding deposit, applied to your final invoice. Commercial and letting-agent accounts invoice monthly with 14-day BACS terms.
