For end-of-tenancy jobs we offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee — if your letting agent flags anything, we come back and fix it at no charge. For other services, just call within 24 hours and we will put it right.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes, always. We bring all equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products as standard. You need supply nothing.
How do I pay?
Cash, debit/credit card, or BACS bank transfer — payment on completion, no deposit required. Commercial clients can request monthly invoicing with 14-day BACS terms.
