End-of-tenancy is led by our most experienced operator — it is the highest-stakes service and needs the deepest checklist knowledge. Regular domestic is matched cleaner-to-client so you see the same face every week.

How quickly can you start a new service?
Same-day and next-day slots are often available for all services. End-of-tenancy is best booked 3–5 days ahead, especially at month-end. Office and commercial contracts typically begin within 7 days of the signed quote. Airbnb turnovers can be set up to recurring within 24 hours.

Are there services you do not offer?
Yes. We do not do exterior window cleaning above ground-floor, pressure washing, gutter clearing, carpet weaving repairs, upholstery deep extraction on delicate antiques, asbestos removal, or hoarding clean-outs. For anything outside scope we are happy to recommend a specialist local tradesperson we trust.
