Wycombe Cleaning Co exists to solve one specific frustration: cleaning companies that over-promise and under-deliver. Late arrivals. Skipped rooms. End-of-tenancy jobs that lose tenants their deposit because the oven was still greasy. Airbnb turnovers rushed so hard the next guest finds crumbs in the sofa. Every decision we make is designed to be the opposite of that.

We stay deliberately small — a tight team, a single van, and a simple promise. Turn up on time. Clean to a written checklist. Fix anything that is not right, free. No franchise model, no call-centre, no growth for growth's sake. Just a local cleaning service where the same people clean the same homes, week after week.

Who we are

We are a small, tight-knit local team. Every cleaner is DBS-checked before they set foot in a client's home. Our team lives in Wycombe, Marlow, Hazlemere, and the surrounding villages. When you book a weekly clean, you get the same cleaner. When you book an end-of-tenancy job, you get a team lead trained to the letting-agent inspection checklist. No agency turnover, no last-minute cancellations because a contractor bailed.

I still work on the vans. That is deliberate. It keeps us honest, keeps standards up, and means the person who designs our checklists is the same person who uses them in a real kitchen, on a real Saturday, with a real deposit on the line.

What we stand for

• Real guarantees. For every end-of-tenancy clean we offer a 48-hour re-clean guarantee. If your letting agent flags anything in the inventory check, we come back and fix it at no cost. Not "we will see what we can do" — we return.
• Named eco products. We use Method, Ecover and Bio-D as standard. Stronger chemistry (descalers, degreasers) only where needed on heavy limescale, oven carbon, and grout mould. Your home does not need to smell like a swimming pool to be clean.
• Fair to staff. Our cleaners are paid above the UK Real Living Wage, get holiday pay, and work from a realistic schedule. Rushed cleaners cut corners. Paid, rested cleaners do the job right.

• Hours: Mon–Sat 8am–6pm · Sun 10am–4pm. Out-of-hours calls route to voicemail with a 30-minute callback at the next working period. Same-day emergency slots subject to availability.
• Coverage: High Wycombe and a 40-mile radius, including Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Chesham, Princes Risborough, Gerrards Cross, and surrounding Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Hertfordshire.
• Payment: Cash, card, or BACS on completion. No deposit on recurring work. £50 holding deposit on one-off end-of-tenancy and after-builders jobs, applied to your final invoice. Letting agents and commercial accounts invoice monthly with 14-day BACS.
