How much does a weekly cleaner cost in High Wycombe?
A weekly cleaner for a 1-bed flat costs from £50 per visit, £70 for a 2-3 bed house, and £100 for a 4+ bed home. Fortnightly visits are typically the same price per visit but spaced every two weeks. There is no lock-in contract — you can pause or stop at any time with a week's notice.
Weekly, fortnightly, or monthly — which should I pick?
Weekly works if your home is busy (kids, pets, dinner parties, big family). Fortnightly is the most popular choice for most 2-3 bed family homes. Monthly is for tidy homes that just need a deeper reset now and then. We are happy to start fortnightly and step up or down based on how the home holds up.
Is it the same cleaner every visit?
Yes. That is the whole point of regular domestic cleaning. We assign a named cleaner (or consistent two-person team) to your home so they learn your routine, preferences, and which drawers the tea towels go in. Cover cleaners are briefed on your checklist if your regular is on holiday.
Do I need a contract?
No contract. No cancellation fees. You pay after each visit (invoice or card). Pause for holidays, stop entirely if you move, or switch frequency any time with a week's notice. The goal is to earn your repeat booking, not trap you in one.
What if I need a deeper clean now and then?
Many regular clients add a deep clean every 3-6 months to tackle the oven, grout, and behind-appliance areas that maintenance cleans do not reach. See our deep cleaning service for pricing. Regular clients get priority booking for deep cleans.
What is the minimum booking?
We require a minimum of 2 hours per visit. For a 1-bed flat at fortnightly frequency that is plenty. For homes larger than 4 bedrooms or with specific needs (eg lots of dusting, large windows) we scale up the time.
Do I need to be home for regular cleans?
Almost no regular clients are home during their clean. Most give us a key or lockbox code. Our cleaners are DBS-checked, reference-checked, and the company is £2M insured. If you prefer to be home the first time to brief the cleaner, that is fine too.
Can I skip a week if I am on holiday?
Yes. Let us know via WhatsApp or call at least 24 hours before the visit and we pause free of charge. Short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) carry a £20 fee to protect the cleaner's guaranteed hours.
