How quickly will I get a reply?

We call back within 30 minutes during our working hours (Mon–Sat 8am–6pm · Sun 10am–4pm). Outside those hours, voicemail is returned within 30 minutes of the next working period.

Do I have to pay anything now?

No booking fees, no charges to get a quote — you only pay on completion. Recurring work has no deposit. One-off end-of-tenancy and after-builders jobs carry a £50 holding deposit that confirms your slot and is applied to your final invoice.

Is the quote a fixed price?

Yes — once we have seen the property (either in person or via WhatsApp photos for larger jobs) we give you a fixed price. The only thing that can change it is if the property is significantly different from what you described.
