Wycombe Cleaning Co runs a dedicated end-of-tenancy cleaning service for letting agents across the HP, SL, HA, WD, and RG postcodes. Agent rates start at £205 for a 1-bed flat, £245 for a 2-bed, £290 for a 2-3 bed house, and £365 for a 4-bed property. Every job carries a 48-hour re-clean guarantee, a photo handover report, and signed-off checklist matching the AIIC inventory standard. Agent accounts invoice monthly on 14-day BACS terms.

Agent rates are ~7–8% below retail in exchange for volume, 14-day BACS terms, and a signed service agreement. Prices exclude VAT if applicable, inclusive of products and equipment.

Questions letting agents ask.

What is your invoicing cycle for letting agents?

Single consolidated monthly invoice covering all properties we cleaned in the preceding month. Itemised per property. 14-day BACS payment terms from invoice date. Statements available on request.

What happens if we dispute a charge?

Every job ends with a photo handover report and a signed checklist. If there is a disagreement, we review the photos, the checklist, and the inventory-clerk feedback together. We will always credit a line the client cannot verify as clean — but that is exceptionally rare because of the photo report.

Do you handle key management?

Yes. Keys are held at your branch or a nominated lockbox, never at a personal address. Every key movement is logged with date, time, and cleaner name. Lost-key protocol is a full lock change at our cost, up to £250 per property, above which the service agreement specifies cost-sharing.

What insurance do you carry?

£2M public liability, £10M employer liability, and specific contents/accidental-damage cover for cleaning work. Certificate of currency and named-agent coverage confirmation available by email — request via agents@wycombecleaning.co.uk.

Do you DBS-check your cleaners?

Yes. Every cleaner is DBS-checked before their first solo job. Checks renewed annually. Certificate numbers available to approved agent accounts on request.

Can you handle end-of-tenancy and inventory check-out on the same day?

Yes, subject to advance booking. We prefer the clean to finish 2-3 hours before the check-out to allow floors to dry and any minor finishes to settle. For same-day turn-rounds, inventory clerks can be on site within 30 minutes of our team leaving.

How do I set up an agent account?

What counts as "out of scope" on a re-clean?

Cleaning that was in the original scope is covered by the 48-hour re-clean guarantee unconditionally. Items outside the original scope (eg carpet steam extraction if not booked, external window cleaning, rubbish removal) are re-quoted rather than re-cleaned for free.

Do you work weekends and bank holidays?

Saturdays are standard rate for agent work. Sundays and bank holidays carry a 15% uplift for agent accounts (vs 20% retail). Slots available Mon–Sat 8am–6pm · Sun 10am–4pm.
